On Friday December 5th, We learned about parametric equations. Parametric equations consist of separate equations for x and y. (dx/dt) stands for velocity in the horizontal direction. (dy/dt)stands for velocity in the vertical direction. (dy/dx) stand for the slope of the line tangent to the path. This is (dx/dt) divided by(dy/dt).
